If you are already a master of the phone that’s awesome, but it’s a skill that you will want to keep honed and insure that you are at the top of your game. Don’t let this skill get dusty, keep it polished.
COMPLETING THIS COURSE WILL HELP YOU LEARN THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CALLS:
We will be covering each type of phone call along with the proper use of each. We will also be providing a successful Phone Script for each type of call.
