COMPLETING THIS COURSE WILL HELP YOU LEARN THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CALLS:
We will be covering each type of phone call along with the proper use of each. We will also be providing a successful Phone Script for each type of call.
Becoming a Master of the Phone is a Skill that has to be learned, it just doesn’t happen, so take the time and effort to develop each of the different call types.
